


International Summer University – Computer
Science

Overview:
This
International Summer University 2009 in Computer Science is jointly organized
by HEIG-VD, SJSU, CSULB and ASU. It will be held during 4 weeks from July 13 to August 7 at San José State
University in California, offering courses in Computer Sciences and Networking.
Company visits and talks given by guest speakers from the industry will be an
essential element of the program.

Participation is free for students from all participating
universities. (travel grants and accommodations included)

ASU students
are required to register for CSE494/598.
·
The application deadline is April 8th and should be submitted to the SCI advising
center.
Eligibility:
This program is open to undergraduate and graduate students (junior level or
higher at the time of departure) enrolled in the School of Computing &
Informatics in the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State
University who meet the following eligibility requirements. At the time
the application is submitted, a student applicant must:
1.
Be enrolled full-time at ASU (taking at least 9 credit
hours).
2. Have an
official overall ASU GPA of at least 2.75/4.0.
3.
Hold regular academic status, and not be on probation.
